Most orders are delivered within 2 weeks from when the order is placed. Any exceptions to this will be listed on each individual product page. If the item is out of stock, and may need additional time, you will be notified. Custom orders may require additional time, which is specified on each individual product page.
Shipping and Fulfillment
We ship via Domestic Mail, UPS, Federal Express, USPS and DHL, dependent on the most suitable method of shipment for your orders most expeditious and convenient delivery. The cost of shipping is specified during the checkout process. Orders for Puerto Rico do not qualify for domestic shipping. Please select International Ground shipping service for orders shipping to Puerto Rico and Canada. ChicWeddingFavors.com will not be responsible for excise taxes and/or duties associated with the shipments to Canada and Puerto Rico. ChicWeddingFavors.com is not responsible for the shipment of an order once it has been shipped outside the contiguous United States. All international orders are shipped by International shipping service. Please select International shipping service for an international order. For orders shipped to destinations outside of the United States, ChicWeddingFavors.com is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes associated with the shipment. Please note that although most of our products ship out within a few days, some of our products take longer than others to ship due to the fact that they are handmade, personalized, or require additional time for processing. Although much of the time our orders are received by the customer in less than 2 weeks, it is a good conservative estimate to assume that your products will arrive with in a two week timeframe. Selective customized and personalized items may take longer than two weeks for delivery. For all rush orders, including over night and 3 day shipments, please allow a 24 hour processing time. The cost for rush shipments include shipping and handling fees, as we will have to prioritize your order over previously placed orders and normal processing time is more than 24 hours. Therefore, you are charged for shipment and prioritized handling fees. The selected shipment does not necessarily indicate shipment method, but rather both shipment and processing time. We understand that you are anxious to receive your favors, as we are
equally anxious to deliver them to you. We appreciate your patience and your business.

Return and Exchange Policy
At ChicWeddingFavors.com, we are certain that you will appreciate our items and we maintain the quality of our merchandise. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its new condition and original packaging for an exchange only. Our exchange only policy is as expected, because most of our orders are made to order and cannot be returned for a refund.
Requests for exchanges must be reported within 3 days after delivery to initiate an exchange authorization. You must be given an exchange authorization number by ChicWeddingFavors.com personnel before shipping your return. Please email
firstname.lastname@example.org for questions regarding exchanges or to receive an exchange authorization number. No unauthorized returns or returns for exchange will be accepted. Once a return is authorized, we will refund your payment less any shipping and handling charges and a 20% restocking fee. Please be advised that shipping charges, special orders, food items, personalized items, and perishable products (chocolates, candles, mints, almonds, etc.) are non-refundable. Additionally, shipping charges are nonrefundable and a 20% restocking fee will be assessed on authorized returns for exchange. Please return authorized orders in its original form and packaging. We must receive the return within 14 days from the day the exchange authorization was issued. We reserve the right to reject any exchanges that do not meet these conditions. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that are not sent back within 2 weeks of authorization. Absolutely no refunds or exchanges will be given after 30 days of receipt of goods.
You may change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order as long as your order has not been shipped. For all personalized items, once the order has been processed, we do not allow changes or cancellations to be made. It is imperative that cancellations must be made within 24 hours after it is received by ChicWeddingFavors.com. Many times we ship orders so quickly (within a day) that it is not possible to cancel your order after 24 hours. It is in our customers' interest that we ship our items as fast as we do.
All claims for shortages must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. We at ChicWeddingFavors.com will be happy to fulfill your purchase if your claim for shortages is found substantiated.

Financial information (credit card numbers, credit card expiration dates, billing address, etc.) that is collected is fully confidential and used only to bill you for products and services. Financial information is not stored.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation for your order. This email will contain details of your order including your order number, product description and amount due. A second email will be sent once your order is shipped with the shipment date. ChicWeddingFavors.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime.
Although our site is provides realistic images, you can purchase a samples from our website. You will be charged for the sample items and minimum shipping and handling charges will apply to your order. We do not personalize samples with your name(s) and date. Many of our products require a minimum quantity (candles, soaps, assorted, theme, glass, & box favors) and samples must be ordered according to the minimum.
